Silvercard offers black plastic cards for our standard and plus memberships. However, with corporate memberships, you will receive a metal card in either black, silver, gold or rose depending on your choice.

Your Silvercard comes with a base currency. When you make a purchase in a different currency, the merchant receives payment in that currency. The funds are automatically converted from USD into any of the 150+ supported currencies by the card, utilizing competitive exchange rates.

With the Silvercard account, you can swiftly convert digital currencies in your wallet into traditional currencies. These funds can be added to your Silvercard, enabling you to spend money online, at stores, restaurants, cafes, shops, transport, and anywhere that accepts card payments.

Silvercard will dispatch your card via express courier. Upon receiving your card, activate it using your personal PIN number enclosed in a sealed envelope. Ensure utmost confidentiality by not sharing your PIN with anyone, and keep it safe and secure at all times.

To replace an expired or damaged Silvercard, simply place an order through your Silvercard dashboard. Please be aware that a replacement fee of $150 is applicable, covering the cost of creating and shipping your new card. Once your order is confirmed and the fee is settled, we’ll prioritize the process to deliver your new card promptly. In case you encounter any difficulties during this process, our 24/7 customer support team is ready to assist you.

In the event of a lost or stolen Silvercard, prompt action is crucial. Begin by logging into your Silvercard account and navigating to your dashboard, where you’ll find the option to pause your card, effectively halting all transactions and safeguarding your account from unauthorized use. Subsequently, you can initiate the order for a replacement card, noting that a replacement fee of $150 is applicable. This fee encompasses the expenses related to producing and delivering the new card to you, along with associated administrative processes.
